HOW TO USE

1. 01Complete your cleansing, toning, and moisturizing routine.

2. 02Dispense a drop (or more) of this PAC primer on your skin. You can also mix it with your foundation.

3. 03Blend it gently over the face and let it semi-dry before applying makeup.
